The ideal person should be a problem solver with a creative approach to overcoming issues when they arise. Person should be detail oriented with the ability to read technical manuals when needed, and Most of the work will be simple preventative maintenance but there may be times where light mechanical repair is needed - no on-site major repairs expected at this time. Individual must be able to work independently as they will be on the road in the service truck. This opportunity will start out doing service and repairs in the shop until you have the knowledge to go out on the road on your own.
Required:
General knowledge of vehicle mechanics/repairs
Experience with preventative maintenance/Lube tech
Experience reading technical manuals on a laptop using software and PDF's
Problem solving skills
High attention to detail

Driver's License
Ideal Candidate:
Welding skills
Fab skills (actual ability to make a part out of raw steal without guidance)
HD Diesel mechanic experience
Vehicle electronics experience
Ability to take control of a situation.
CDL
