Country Lane Homes of Central Mn, Inc. is looking for team players who are compassionate, enthusiastic individual wanting to make a difference working with 4 high functioning adults in their home. POSITIONS: POSITIONS: Sat 2:30pm-Sun 10:30pm includes paid sleep overnight.
Responsibilities:
Implementing Person Centered Services to individuals with mental illness.
Assist individuals lead a self directed life and contribute to the community
Assist with activities of daily living
Accompany persons served to doctor appointments when necessary.
Cooking and serving meals
Performing light housekeeping duties
Medication administration and assistance
Primary responsibility is to provide services to enrich the lives of persons served to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
Qualifications:
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be 18 year or older and have completed HS diploma or GED
Must have a current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean record
Must be able to pass a MN State Background Study
Must be available to work every other weekend
No experience necessary; all training will be provided!
