Description We are in the process of recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the healthcare industry in Staten Island, Minnesota. This role involves mapping and documenting the end-to-end capability experiences of our organization. Responsibilities: Conduct interviews and collect data to understand capability/process flows and identify customer pain points and process gaps. Create and maintain service blueprints that visually represent the customer journey touchpoints and interactions across different channels and departments. Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and accuracy in service blueprint design. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through the analysis of service blueprints. Work closely with product partners teams to recommend service design changes. Continuously monitor and evaluate service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancing the overall customer experience. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on service blueprinting techniques and methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design, incorporating new ideas and approaches into the service blueprinting process. Requirements Must possess strong Communication Skills for effective interactions with stakeholders and partners. Should have expertise in Documentation, including the ability to accurately record and maintain records related to business operations. Experience in Operations, specifically within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Must have strong Research skills to effectively analyze and interpret data. Should be adept in Quality assurance and control procedures. Design skills, including the ability to conceptualize and implement effective business systems. Must have experience in Workstation Support. Should have the ability to conduct Optimization efforts to improve business processes. Familiarity with Conductivity principles and methods. Should have a strong understanding and implementation of Best Practices within the industry. Must be capable of KPI Reporting and interpreting data to drive business decisions. Experience in Process Improvement and Configuration Management is required. Must possess strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Should have a good understanding of Business Systems Analysis Methodology. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is required. Must be aware of the Principles of business systems analysis and their application. Experience in Offshore coordination is a plus. Should be able to conduct Training Sessions for staff members. Must have experience in Conducting Interviews for data gathering. Should be able to manage projects End-To-End. A Plus if candidate has relevant certifications or advanced training in business systems analysis.
