We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Seed Lab team. In this role, you'll manage seed lab activities and lead a team to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.  Join our team and contribute to innovative seed lab operations.Duties:Functioning as an integral member of a team leading all aspects of seed lab activities including packaging, treating, seed transfers, inventory, and shipping.Manage and train up to 15 part-time staff.Coordinate weekly labor needs based on current and future workload.Deliver projects on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with safety and stewardship policies.
