NOW HIRING: Production LeadJob DescriptionAs a Production Lead, you will spearhead the production assembly area, setting up production schedules, monitoring and tracking production efficiency, creating reports, and communicating concerns. You will hold accountability for employees on the line and also perform all the tasks of an assembler. This includes assembling, testing, and modifying custom electronic parts, systems, and assemblies. You will be expected to read and interpret instructions, use a variety of parts and tools, fit electronic components together, and perform SMT and PCB soldering and assembly work, sometimes under magnifying light or microscope.Hard Skills

Shift/Pay:This is 1st shift, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Thursday. Pay is $20 if candidate has soldering certifications and has worked with PCB boards. If neither of these are qualified, pay is between $16-18 an hour.Location:Stacey, MinnesotaWork Environment:Work is conducted in a climate-controlled environment where you can choose to sit on a tall stool or stand.
