Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive product and technical assistance to customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.Utilize SAP system to manage customer information, order details, and service records.Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude to understand and explain product features and functionality.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve product knowledge.Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams or management when necessary.Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Provide bilingual support, preferably in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base.
