JOB SUMMARY Provide installation, operation/maintenance, and overhaul/repair instructions for our pump products, utilizing technology in the form of web-based written, pictorial and video for a world-wide customer base. This role is an on-site position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create new technical documentation including installation, operation, maintenance, overhaul, and repair instructions. Updating existing documentation to current standards and expectations. Ensure that technical documentation meets company format and style guidelines. Collaborate with various departments to create new or update existing technical documentation. Work with appropriate Engineering personnel to obtain CAD models and drawings. Maintain updated documentation in product document management system. Follow guidelines on releasing documentation. Initiate necessary document changes to follow company standards and practices.
