The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of financial processes and be comfortable collaborating with finance teams. This consulting role is long-term, with an initial on-site requirement in New Ulm, MN for 6-8 weeks (hybrid, approx 4 days/week), transitioning to remote work thereafter.Core Responsibilities:
Communication Hub: Serve as the central communication link between the business and the implementation partner, ensuring seamless information flow.
Requirement Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure they are accurately integrated into the Oracle Fusion system.
Process Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of finance-related business processes to align with Oracle Fusion functionalities.
Testing Coordination: Oversee and participate in system testing to confirm the solution meets business needs and specifications.
Training Development: Design and conduct training sessions and materials to equip the finance team with the necessary skills to use Oracle Fusion effectively.
Comprehensive Documentation: Produce detailed documentation, including process diagrams, user manuals, and training guides.
Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely project completion.
Client Representation: Advocate for the client's interests, ensuring all business requirements are addressed throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications:
Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing Oracle Fusion within the finance domain, with a thorough understanding of its modules and features.
Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
