Job DescriptionInsight Global is currently looking for a Installation Technician for a Fortune 500 Electronic Security client in Shoreview. This position requires you to use your own vehicle for travel. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving customer loyalty and quality interactions through servicing, programming, configuring, troubleshooting, and converting existing security and site automation solutions - including, but not limited to security, fire and monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.Skills and Requirements
0-1 years experience with one of the following; CCTV, low voltage, cabling/running cables, installations, technical repairs, or applicable industry experience (security cameras, alarm systems, etc.)
Current valid State Driver's License and Vehicle
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must provide own tools including: Folding Ladder, Electric Drill, Screwdrivers, etc. (company provides: drill bits, screws, zip ties, etc.) - Exp with other devices: Network/WiFi in small homes, wires/cabling in residential locations (CATS, CAT6, etc.), phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.
Customer service experience - Will be speaking with and interacting with customers on a daily basis null
