As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. This Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity and is based in Shoreview, Minnesota.What you get to do every single day
Working with highly confidential materials
Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements
Executing additional tasks as required
Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks
Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry
Requirements
Data entry experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
