GENERAL PURPOSEAssists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified
Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
