• Hard Skills o 3+ Years of Apex development o At least 1-2 years of full stack development experience o At least 1-2 years of Lightning Web Component development o At least 1-2 years of hands-on Flow development o Experience supporting a large Salesforce org and user base (1000+ users) o Experience working on an Agile team and using Jira to track work o Experience working with DevOps and related tools - Azure DevOps, Gearset, Copado, etc o Able to follow and enforce programmatic development standards o Able to drive best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Component and Aura Component development o Deep understanding of working with Salesforce metadata
