Description Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing critical support across a range of responsibilities. This includes computer imaging, inventory management, software updates, cloud migration, security management, and providing help desk support.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations across the organization. Conduct computer imaging tasks, preparing new laptops for deployment and older laptops for retirement. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate records and efficient equipment ordering processes. Implement software updates and manage cloud migration projects. Oversee security management tasks, including the audit and management of group policies in Active Directory, and the enforcement of security standards. Provide timely and effective technical support to staff, managing help desk tickets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist with cloud migration projects and optimize cloud usage. Install and configure software applications and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity. Manage user accounts and permissions. Leverage skills in Cloud Technologies and Active Directory to enhance operational efficiency and security.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud Technologies Experience with Active Directory is required Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment Non-profit industry experience is a plus.
