Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
Oversee and direct suite runners to complete necessary tasks throughout the match
Assist suite runners with using the POS and completing transactions.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
Oversee inventory and create orders based on par levels
Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
More about you
Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
Previous knowledge of POS Systems preferred
Strong knowledge of food and wine
An eye for detail
Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
Physical requirements
Standing and walking for entire length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
