Position : Pattern Maker

Role : Learn from others, work on individual and team projects, operate machinery and hand tools, design/build/maintain tooling for foundry castings, implement continuous improvement ideas, work in the foundry.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and hand tools.

Design, build, and maintain tooling.

Read blueprints for precision tooling.

Work with foam, wood, and urethane for prototypes/single-use castings.

Support foundry processes.

Follow standard work processes.

Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Foundry experience.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Experience with castings and mold design.

Ability to perform mold repair.

Blueprint reading.

Machining skills.

Experience with drill press and manual mill.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.

Experience in designing, building, and maintaining tooling.

Ability to work with foam, wood, and urethane.

Understanding of foundry processes.
