Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and mailing flyers, handling photocopying, folding, labeling, and stamping tasks, and performing additional duties as time permits. Responsibilities: Preparing and mailing a significant number of flyers within a specified deadline Photocopying, folding, labeling, and stamping various documents Adding stickers to information cards and inserting them into books for special events Assisting with the preparation of half-sheet surveys and using a paper cutter to split them Performing repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately Providing exceptional customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete tasks and manage files Performing various office functions and clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office Handling billing functions and correspondence as needed Maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in all tasks.
