You will collaborate directly with engineers and technicians to improve and build the lines.
The work will take place both inside and outside of the cleanroom, and you will be cross-trained in multiple areas for versatility and adaptability.
Initially, you will start in the packaging and testing area to familiarize yourself with different parts and processes.
This area focuses on final packaging and testing phases, including operating a vertical reflow machine for coating and laminating parts.
As you gain experience, you will cross-train in other areas including assembly/operating, grinding, and lab work.
Skills :
Medical assembly experience (4+ years)
Experience working with R&D department and engineers
Proficiency with hand tools (tweezers, pliers, crimpers, screwdrivers)
Soldering and light welding
Microscope usage
Operating flattener and semi-automated reflow machines
Injection mold press operation
Grinding and deburring
Computer and vision systems for inspections
