M&A Integration Specialist

Description We are hiring for an M& A Integration Specialist to support our client in the government technology solutions space. This role primarily focuses on processing and integrating the contracts of acquired companies into our system. This position offers a short-term, remote contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Carefully review and comprehend legal terms and conditions present in contracts Organize, manage and maintain detailed data efficiently Undertake the responsibility of the Asset Master process Map relevant terms, conditions, and attributes into an Excel file Upload the processed data into our SalesForce instance Be proactive in communicating updates and issues Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary actions if required Ensure accurate customer credit records are maintained at all timesRequirements Proven experience as an M& A Integration Specialist or similar role Comprehensive understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) process Familiarity with Salesforce + Contracts/Invoices is a must Strength in reading legal terms/contracts Strong organization and data management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using M& A software and tools; very technologically savvy Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must be a team player with the ability to work independently when neededRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
