This role is responsible for growing our business through renewal and retention. This role supports the assigned clients and product portfolio. The Manager is responsible for resolving client escalations and identifying solutions for complex client needs. This role is fully accountable for client satisfaction and service delivery.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for full ownership of client satisfaction and service delivery for large to medium sized clients through partnership with account management, IT, and operations leadership. This includes:Guiding consultative sessions to determine solutions for custom enhancements for clients and to the Novologix system; as well as enforcing tracking timelines for key stakeholders while delivering enhancements on time and on budget. The Client Relations Manager will be able to guide the process from solutions, through funding, SOW, PRF, requirements, build, UAT and delivery.Facilitating client meetings to highlight financial performance and program value at the senior level. (Directors, Sr Director, and VP)Cultivate a working relationship with the broader CVS Health teams Employer and Health Plan, PBM and Specialty sales and account management teams to promote Novologix. This may include travel, presentations, strategy development, and consultation with sales or account management teams to build awareness and communicate potential client value.Lead new product features and pilots through team and gather feedback from clients to contribute to the product design roadmap.Utilize problem solving and consultative skills and expert knowledge of the system by recommending Prior Authorization and Medical Claims solutions to meet key client and compliance/regulatory needs. Troubleshooting client issues regarding escalations and complex issues.Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years related Healthcare experience to include:

Demonstrates a can-do attitude and acts with a sense of urgency.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Novologix is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills

Ability to describe technology concepts in ways the business can understand.

Ability to document client initiatives in a concise and clear manner.

Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.

Ability to extract core issues from discussions and meetings.

Experience troubleshooting systems.

Troubleshooting aptitude and desire to solve challenges.

Experience within the healthcare industry and/or healthcare technology.

Open to input from other team members and departments.

Provides feedback as a liaison appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

Problem Solving - Strong analytical person who utilizes data and proofs of concepts to find creative solutions to difficult problems, reflects on solutions, measuring their impact, and uses that information to ideate and optimize. Also adept at making decisions that involve a considerable number of factors with broad implications.

Data Analytics – Ability to read and understand a data model. Exceptional analytical and reporting skills. An emphasis on trending data and presenting to clients.

Leadership skills with the ability to act even when there is no clear owner, inspire and motivate others, and be effective at influencing team members. Give and receive constructive feedback, offer help when asked, and ensure everyone has a chance to share their thoughts and are heard, an attentive and empathetic listener.

EducationRequired - H.S. or equivalentPreferred - Bachelor's degreePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
