Description 100% onsite in Saint Michael, MNResponsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application-related issues. Manage Android Development tasks and ensure they align with company standards. Operate and maintain Microsoft and Apple devices, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Utilize Configuration Management tools to keep track of system updates and changes. Work with Cisco and Citrix technologies to provide network solutions. Address issues related to Mac Computers and other computer hardware. Undertake deployment of new hardware and software to ensure seamless integration into the company's existing systems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report on any trends or recurring issues. Utilize Active Directory to manage users and control network access. Proficiency in Android Development. Familiarity with Mac Computers and Apple Devices. Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and systems. Experience with Active Directory. Understanding of Computer Hardware and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues. Experience in Configuration Management. Proven track record in successful Deployments. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the Food & Food Processing industry. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
