Job Title: Accounts Payable SupervisorJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and act as the first point of contact for AP staff. You will help report on KPIs to drive maximum productivity and provide superior service and support to both internal and external customers as the primary contact for business inquiries. You will ensure that standard work documentation is up to date for the processing of invoices and payments, help train other departments requiring assistance in the Accounts Payable process, and assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.Responsibilities

Ensure standard work documentation is up to date for the processing of invoices and payments.

Essential Skills

4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

Experience in supervision or management.

Proficiency with KPIs.

Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience leading or managing a team.

Work EnvironmentThis is an interim opportunity with hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home. You will help supervise a team of 10 AP Specialists at a well-known and large employer in the Twin Cities, specifically at their St. Louis Park location. The office occupies the 6th and 7th floors, providing a pleasant workspace. You will spend most of your time working with AP and ad hoc requests, with 70% of your time dedicated to functional AP tasks and 30% to people leadership.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
