Responding to customer telephone inquiries regarding web support for 401(k) and Retirement Plans, as well as servicing Pension plan customers
Balancing multiple tasks while providing courteous and efficient service to customers and fellow representatives

Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
