Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in the non-profit sector, based in Roseville, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing volunteer profiles, customer service duties, and administrative tasks. The workplace setting requires flexibility in work hours and the ability to handle a variety of tasks independently.Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer inquiries and conflicts efficiently Process and maintain accurate volunteer profiles Assign shifts to volunteers and manage volunteering cancellations Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence effectively Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks Assist in the recruitment process of previous season volunteers from our database Answer inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service Schedule appointments and manage other administrative tasks as required Take part in recruitment activities and registration processes Use conflict resolution skills to manage any issues that arise. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Experience with data entry and order entry is highly desirable. Must possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts. Experience with answering inbound and making outbound calls is necessary. Must be able to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally. Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars is required. Knowledge of the metro is a plus Familiarity with the registration process in a non-profit setting is a plus. Previous experience in recruiting activities is desirable.
