​Network Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide monitoring for network and system performance and usage, including assuring high availability and network security
  • Implement and manage IT infrastructure and standards, including all networking solutions, servers, and phone systems
  • Proactively address and communicate systems issues and suggest areas for improvement
  • Perform system and security administration including user and license management
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of necessary support
  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and maintenance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Systems or Network Engineering/Administration
  • Bachelor's in IT-related field
Experience with the following technologies
  • Azure, Microsoft 365
  • Cisco Firepower and FMC
  • Aruba Central, switches, access points
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Databases, particularly with SQL queries and SSIS
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Backup technologies
