The Maintenance Technician is responsible for production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, scheduled preventative maintenance, as well as general facility maintenance. This position also assists, as needed, with machine setup for production runs.
Duties and responsibilities
· Troubleshoot, repair and preform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, welding and carpentry
· Assist production with setups as needed
· Prepare new equipment for setups to include assembling parts
· Work with machine vendors to assist in repairing machines
· Assist in the installation of equipment as needed
· Complete forms, records and reports manually and online to document the status of maintenance tasks and repairs
The compensation range for these positions is $25.00- $34.00. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
Shifts Available:
1st shift - Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
Weekend Days - Fri-Sun 6am-6pm
Weekend Nights - 6pm-6am
