Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
-2+ years’ experience in maintenance
-1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
-Dry walling including painting and carpentry
-CPO certification preferred but not required
-Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred
-A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
