o Responsible for the efficient operation of the pea harvesters, sweet corn harvesters, and any other equipment used in our planting and harvesting operations.
o Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipment.
o Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops.
o Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations.
o Maintain Lakeside company vehicles
