Expected Work Schedule:
This is a rotating schedule and will go as follows monthly:
Week 1 & 3: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week 2 & 4: Four weekdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Note that two Saturdays a month are REQUIRED

What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
