Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn about and monitor the following equipment: turbine generator, steam systems, boilers/HRSGs, potable water systems, reverse osmosis systems, cooling towers, fire water protection systems, and air compressors
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all daily documentation and inspections
Ensure department compliance policies, as well as relevant local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
Collect, analyze, and report on process and quality assurance/quality control samples, and adjust plant operations when necessary
Collect and process operations data and prepare daily logs to support the operation of the plant
Support and perform preventative maintenance, planned and unplanned maintenance activities in the utilities department
Communicate verbally and in writing to coordinate with team members and other departments to safely plan and execute maintenance repair work
Determine methods and materials needed to complete assignments
Must be available for after hours calls and shift coverage where required
Comply with all safety and compliance regulations and policies in the execution of all job tasks
Keep the facility, including production and office areas, clean and in tour ready condition
Other duties as assigned
