This is a stable, long term, part-time position with flexible hours. Responsibilities include tree/shrub pruning, minor repairs and property maintenance and upkeep. Requirements include experience in repairs and maintenance, the ability to work independently, display effective time management skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities. Tasks may involve lifting, bending, and ladder work. It is preferred to have your own tools to use. $30/hour.
