Job Description
Assembly and production of gas fireplaces in a paced team environment. Tasks include the use of small hand tools and light power tools to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. This position is also expected to perform out-box packaging process, as well as operate production equipment like flat wash and presses. Production Techs must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment for the duration of their entire shift.

Work Environment
An industrial manufacturing environment where safety and quality are at the forefront. Personnel are expected to be accountable to the quality of the products they assemble, as well as keep their work station and department clean, neat, and orderly according to 6S standards.
The factory can become very warm and during the winter months it may become cool; a good candidate would be able maintain speed and quality of work despite temperature fluctuations.

Pay: $18.50
Hours: 6am – 430pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift
Pay: $20.50
Hours: 5pm – 330am Monday-Friday
Contract Length: 540 hours / Contract to hire
Compliance Required: Drug Test Required – will not test for
THC ; 7 year background check
Experience: No experience needed/ No more than 4 jobs the past 2 years
