Our company is expanding to Rochester MN and we are looking for the BEST of the BEST with the following skill set:
-excellent customer service skills
-extremely fast on a line
-responsible
-can drive a big truck
-team player
-pizza experience a plus
-fast learner
-previous management experience ( KM , assistant kitchen manager , sous chef ) is a plus but not required
-must have reliable transportation
We have a fleet of 6 trucks that we run hard out of an old fire house in Eagan MN. We are expanding to a new HQ in Rochester. We consider ourselves bakers and entertainers. Our bread is leavened with a mother starter making it a true sour dough dough. We bake our bread inside of our trucks using a woodfired oven.
