Altra’s MSR’s provide professional, friendly service, information, and assistance, and set the standard of service our members have come to expect in visiting any office location!

Altra’s Floating Member Solutions Representative will travel to different Altra locations in WI (Onalaska, West Salem, Holmen, and La Crosse) and MN (La Crescent, Winona, and Rochester) on an as-needed basis to fill in at those offices where and when assistance is needed. The Floating Member Solutions Representative’s home office will be at the Winona MN office location. Because this position is a floating position, you will work in face-to-face offices, Kiosk style office and technology style offices. You will be required to work as a team and be able to work in fast-paced environments.

The Floating Member Solutions Representative will perform miscellaneous functions including:

Assist members on how to use assisted self-service technology

Teller services

Process mail and night drop transactions

Savings bond redemption

Account research

Gift card sales

Notary service

Cashier’s checks

ATM, vault, coin machine and teller cash recycler balancing as needed

Process Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs)

Process Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

Assist members with checking account and savings account inquiries

Assist Mortgage Services, Business Services and Office Managers with various tasks

Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma, GED or HSED and at least one (1) year of experience in a financial service environment; Teller, retail and/or customer service roles. Must have excellent customer service skills, good communication and writing skills, ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. Basic math and computer skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn are required. Basic overall knowledge of all credit union products and services is a plus. Candidates are required to have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.

This position will be 40-hours per week and will require flexibility within posted WI and MN offices; hours will be scheduled between 7:15 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are not required for Floating Member Solutions Representatives, but may be requested in the event that an office is short staffed.

Pay and Benefits:

Mileage reimbursement

Competitive starting rate of $18.50/hour ($16.50/hr. + $2.00/hr. premium for float positions)

When bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, receive an extra $1.00 / hour pay premium after completing and passing the language exam
