- Familiarity with agile practice and able to incorporate the same to a team that doesn’t currently practice them, or doesn’t have a deep understanding of agile
- Should be software engineering practitioners.
- Familiarity with Software development methodologies
- Able to compare different methodologies and select
- Familiarity with Engineering principles and designing fault tolerant and resilient systems
- Should be able to evaluate, understand and simplify existing system by incorporating new technologies/processes
- Added advantage will be experience in Space management subject area and familiarity with data
