We are currently seeking an ITIL Project Manager who would be responsible for defining and maintaining the service providers project management standards, provide overall schedule, resource and risk planning, plus management of IT Operations projects like identifying/developing/deploying support tools and processes. This position is 100% remote.
Daily Responsibilities:Work closely with internal (and/or external) teams to understand the scope of work, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success.Examine resource requirements and availability needed for project.Create project plans, timelines, and milestone achievements.Ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.Measure and monitor project performance. Create and review project status reports.Coordinate the efforts of the project team through detailed planning efforts.Initiates corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the project.Ensure appropriate visibility and communication of the project.Collect post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.Ensure that all project documents are complete and stored appropriately.Contributes to projects and teams in an above average manner.Understand and perform risk assessment throughout the project life cycle.Has knowledge of the business side, and contributes to strategic decisions.Serve as the division expert on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.Ensures that appropriate service designs and/or SOPs are produced and that they are handed over to service transition as agreed.Required Experience:Minimum 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certification in PMP or SaFE and ITIL Foundation 4.Experience on designing and implementing ITIL processes through the life cycle.Experience on implementation and deployment of BI tools and methods, performance dashboards.Skilled in collecting requirements for KPIs and working with partner teams to establish them.Experience in setting up monitoring mechanisms to measure, govern and report on KPIs.Knowledge of Azure DevOps and AppInsights.Knowledge of Google Analytics.Preferred Experience:Familiarity with agricultural vehicles, implements and operations.Experience with project management within a waterfall and agile project group.Experience with aggregating and tracking project related budgets.Previous experience with embedded display modules and applications (hardware and software) in Off-Road, Commercial Vehicle or Automotive products.Knowledge of industry standards and norms, e.g. ISO 25119, ISO 13849, ODX, OTX, SAE J1939, SAE J3061, UDS, KWP2000.Knowledge of Systems Validation principles and the V product development cyclePeople management and development experience.Experience in mechatronics systems, construction equipment or agriculture equipment product development.Experience in Precision Farming and Machine automation.Education Required:Bachelors degree in software engineering or related field.Why York?For more than 20 years, York Solutions has been singularly focused on delivering value to its clients in the form of IT contract resource selection, deployment, and management.Our mission is to provide creative, cutting-edge IT solutions to help companies achieve business, technology, and operational goals and objectives.
