As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll play an integral role in the marketing efforts of the hotel and its Food & Beverage outlets. This includes content creation, social media strategy, email and digital marketing, website maintenance, brand storytelling, and supporting sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating and executing marketing and social media campaignsDesign engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and our blogManage all social media platforms, scheduling and tracking analyticsMaintain and update the St. James Hotel website with current and compelling contentDevelop and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, advertisements, and menusMonitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, etc.)Support tradeshows and events with coordination, logistics, and marketing materialsAssist with photography, graphic design, and updating in-house displaysCollaborate with departments to reflect changes in restaurant operations, events, and promotions
