Your responsibilities will include:Administering lease agreements and ensuring data accuracy in our lease management system.Processing and reconciling rent payments, invoices, and tenant improvement allowances.Tracking critical lease dates and ensuring timely action on renewals and terminations.Managing store maintenance requests, coordinating vendor bids, and overseeing repairs.Processing and reconciling truck lease invoices, mileage expenses, and maintenance costs.Organizing and supporting Real Estate Committee meetings, including preparing materials and tracking key outcomes.
