Job Title: Welders1st and 2nd Shift$23/HR - $32/HRJob DescriptionAs a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the manufacture of various products according to specifications. This role involves reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to complete necessary tasks. Adherence to welding safety procedures and the use of provided PPEs is essential. This position operates in a job shop environment where all products are designed to order.Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding

Layout, tack, fabricate, and build products according to specifications

Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions

Follow welding safety procedures and use provided PPEs

Complete other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

MIG welding

Blueprint reading

Fabrication

Ability to use a tape measure

Shop math skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Welding degree or equivalent experience
