As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO SBG), you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining workflow processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall workflow. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating waste, and implementing best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze existing workflow processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow and eliminate bottlenecks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions

Monitor and evaluate workflow performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing

Experience with MEMS Die and/or Integrated Circuit Assembly manufacturing processes

Strong knowledge of workflow analysis and process improvement methodologies

Proficiency in workflow management software and tools

Familiarity with ERP Systems

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Six Sigma certification or Lean Six Sigma experience

Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
