Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.JOB SUMMARYThe Director of Strategic Pricing is a subject matter expert who partners closely across the business to develop pricing strategies using analytics to enhance revenue and profitability for the business. This role will focus on the Off Road product portfolio in an upstream manner leveraging analytical insight and pricing tools to drive margin improvement and competitiveness within the market while internally driving a consistent model and process for the business. Using data to drive decisions based on market trends, this role will interface with the Retail teams to make decisions that can be executed to deliver desired results.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and lead the pricing strategy for the Off Road product portfolio

Perform market research to analyze and synthesize quantitative data (product, sales and pricing) along with qualitative data (input from sales teams and relative partners) to develop and implement effective strategies

Drive establishment and implementation of pricing structure including price analytics, operations and transformation while coordinating with key stakeholders across Product Planning, Sales, Product Line Sales, Finance and Marketing

Implement business analytics (reporting methodology, tools and cadence) to support targeted outcomes

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies continuously, adjusting as needed to increase profitability and market share

Communicate in a clear and consistent manner of recommended solutions to senior leaders and provide regular updates

Provide thought leadership and insights on best practices

Own success of project plans, ensuring progress on not only deadlines but quality of deliverables

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred

8+ years pricing, sales strategy, product strategy or business operations experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Results-focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of leadership, influence, negotiation and problem resolution

Strong critical thinking skills with a proficiency in synthesizing and analyzing data sets

Proactive and proficient communicator with good listening skills

Financial modeling skills as demonstrated by the ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios

Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the achievement of business objectives

Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence (BI)

Experience working within both US and international markets, and with setting global pricing strategies

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location – Bass Creek Facility located in Plymouth, MN

Corporate office environment with hybrid work arrangement

Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time
