Develops and maintains all systems, security, and network configurationsPlan and manage building out new hardware for new employees, Stores or Distribution Centers including PCs, terminals, switches, routers, mobile devices and printersTroubleshoot incoming Incidents from end users via phone and tickets created via a Self Service portalAdministrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processesProvide 24X7 emergency support when need. Takes ownership of unplanned system outages/service impacts and drive timely resolution.Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery planAdminister and support the company’s enterprise cloud network in Azure.Monitoring of and acting on alerts from information data security systemsRecommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipmentExperience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenanceManages all IT tasks during new Store constructionExperience troubleshooting various end-user issues, not limited to networking related issuesAble to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to understand and document network connections, write support proceduresOther duties as assigned.
