ERP Integration Manager

Description We are offering a role for an ERP Integration Manager . The ERP Integration Manager will be responsible for managing and integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring efficient and seamless operations within our organization.Responsibilities: Oversee the integration of various ERP systems to ensure optimum performance. Manage ERP software and hardware components to meet business needs. Coordinate with other departments to understand their business processes and requirements for the ERP system. Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management to enhance system performance. Apply knowledge of EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, and Business Process Functions to optimize ERP system operations. Ensure proper Configuration Management and provide Consulting services for ERP system users. Regularly review and update ERP system protocols to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and troubleshoot ERP system issues, and implement effective solutions. Coordinate training for employees on the use of ERP systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and technologies.Requirements Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role such as ERP Integration Manager or relevant field Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies is a must Demonstrated experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Familiarity with Database management Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus Proficiency in AB Testing is desirable Must have experience working in Agile Scrum environment Understanding of Business Process Functions is required Must possess skills in Configuration Management Prior experience in a consulting role is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
