Join Our Growing Team Today Located in Pipestone, MN!SANITATION/ CLEAN-UP - 3RD SHIFT 11:00pm to 7:00am $19.00/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential Progressive Increases @ 90day, 6mons and 1yr Estimated Schedule:Monday PM – 11:00pm – 7:00amTuesday PM – 11:00pm – 7:00amWednesday PM – 11:00pm – 7:00amThursday PM – 11:00pm – 7:00amFriday PM – 11:00pm – 7:00amSaturday PM (as needed) – 11:00pm – 7:00amJOB DESCRIPTION -Overview/ SummaryThis position will consists of cleaning and sanitizing the plant to maintain conformance to USDA standards within a schedule to ensure maximum operating time.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RERSPONSIBILITIES:
Clean/ wash down and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production.
follow sanitation procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), USDA and FDA regulations for all sanitation tasks.
Set up, stock and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Comply with and understand company policies and standards.
Support and follow all Food Safety and Plant Safety policies, practices and protocols.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Sanitation experience is preferred, but not required.
Prior experience in food manufacturing plant or similar; meat experience highly preferred
knowledge and technical skills in sanitation and meat processing jobs and chemicals is preferred
Good communication skills and able to follow directions

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent standing, bending and walking, which may be required for long periods of time
Slippery floors, damp/wet environment, cold temperatures, and loud ambient noise
Ability to handle multiple tasks & high pressure hoses.
Safely handling and being exposed to chemicals.
May have schedule changes.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50# unassisted
