With more than 700 care sites across the U.S. from clinics and hospitals to home-based care and virtual care services CommonSpirit is accessible to nearly one out of every four U.S. residents.ResponsibilitiesThe Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA) assists in providing basic nursing care to patients under the direction, instruction, and supervision of a registered nurse. Job duties may include: assisting patients with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, recording vital signs, promoting patients well-being, reporting changes in condition to the registered nurse, performing light housekeeping duties, preparing meals, and assisting in providing a safe and healthful environment for patient care.Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota (MN) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must have current vehicle insurance.
