The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership for plant operations. This individual will work closely with all departments to establish and enforce safe process methods that ensure operational effectiveness and production adherence. The supervisor will champion an environment of respect and responsibility through professional communication, accountability, budget consciousness, team work, quality, safety and productivity. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Starting at $60,000 - $65,000   Hours Per Week: 40 +  Workweek: Sun-Sat.SHIFTS: Sanborn: Day shift, 8 hours between 5ª-5p, 5 days a week.Jim Falls: Night shift: 8 hour shift between 2p and 6a. 5 days/week.
