Description Description of PositionAre you looking to expand your data entry skills while gaining accounting experience at the same time? If so, Robert Half is currently working with a growing organization in New Hope, Minnesota that is looking to hire an Accounting Data Entry Associate to assist with catching up on a backlog of invoices. If you are a business professional who excels in data entry, including both 10-key and alpha/numeric, and you enjoy working as a part of a dynamic team, this could be a great opportunity for you. Perform data entry from both physical and scanned invoices
Validate vendor information such as vendor name, vendor number, invoice number, quantity, data and amount
Scan invoices into PDF's and attach to the corresponding record
Communicate discrepancies that fall outside of scope to appropriate department lead
Various administrative tasks
