Description We are in the service industry, based in New Brighton, Minnesota, seeking a diligent Recruiter to become part of our team. The role will involve full-cycle recruitment, from initial intake to final offer, with an emphasis on maintaining efficient processes and accurate record-keeping. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Facilitate full-cycle recruitment, addressing all aspects from initial intake to final offer. Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Efficiently process administrative tasks related to recruitment such as scheduling interviews. Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience in the face of ambiguity. Interact effectively with all levels within the organization. Utilize CRM tools for efficient recruitment processes. Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process. Utilize cold calling techniques as part of the recruitment strategy. Continually improve corporate recruiting processes. Manage recruitment processes, particularly for roles referred internally. Requirements Applicant must possess a minimum of seven years of experience in the recruiting field. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must. Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks on potential candidates is necessary. Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates is essential. Prior experience in corporate recruiting is required. Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with recruiting processes and strategies is crucial.
