Investigate and resolves freight exceptions such as overages, shortages, damages, refused, and unmarked freight.Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Transportation experience
OS&D experience
Customer service experience
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AS400 system
