Description Position at Lifespark Harrison Bay Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team! Located at: Mound, Minnesota Wage: $25-$28 Schedule: Full Time- 32 hours a week Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.Duties include: Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations. Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles,and equipment. Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner. Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment. Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customerservice. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as housekeeping and laundry operations. Experience in health care is preferred.
