Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming and volunteer services, and health and wellness.Our team in Moose Lake, MN is seeking a dynamic, dedicated individual to join us for a unique and rewarding career opportunity as a Supervisor of Clinical Programming-Vocation. This position provides supervision to professional staff in development and implementation of vocational programming.· Managing the assigned budget· Develop, implement and manage record keeping, budgeting tools and reporting to ensure effective and efficient vocational programming.· Develop, manage and direct the use of technologies in the areas of web site development, on line ordering, financial reporting.· Directs the development, implementation and maintenance of department policies and guidelines· Develop, manage and provide oversight for vocational programs to ensure quality and consistency in the delivery of vocational programming.· Manages assigned department staff including hiring, training, delegating responsibility and employee oversight· Evaluate and manage employee performanceMinimum Qualifications· Demonstrated leadership experience that can include:o Experience as a supervisor, leadworker, team lead, project leado Completion of a State of Minnesota leadership program (e.g. ELI, L4)o A paid/unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee (e.g. ERG) - must include:§ 1+ year of experience identifying issues, goals and strategic actions, 100+ hours per year time commitment AND· 3 years professional level experience in a mental health setting demonstrating the following:o Supervision of staff including hiring and selection, establishing, assigning and supervising work tasks, training and development of staffo Planning and development of administrative activities to maintain departmental goals.OR· 3 years professional level experience in a manufacturing or MSOP support setting demonstrating the following:o Supervising business functions which may include 1 or more of the following; purchasing, inventory management, cost analysis, product pricing, procurement, planning and managing budgets, reviewing financial statements and reports.o Providing leadership in the development, expansion and maintenance of departmental priorities, tasks and responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications

1 year of supervisory experience in mental health and/or sexual offender treatment
